What is considered a Channel?A Channel is each specific sales channel account you have connected. For instance, if you have 1 Amazon account and 1 eBay account connected, that would be considered 2 Channels. How many accounts unique accounts can I have per Channel?You can have one account per channel. If you need additional account such as 3 ebay user names, there is a surcharge. Do I need to pay for a year up front?No, but we offer a discounted rate if you do. We will apply up to 25% of your software subscription towards Staffing. Can I change plans or cancel?Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When will I be billed?You will first be billed as soon as you trial is up. A subscription to our service is much like any other subscription in that it will automatically be renewed and billed until you cancel. Can I cancel the Experts as a Service Plan?Yes after 3 months you can either lower the staffing plan by 50% or cancel the staffing completely. If you cancel the staffing completely, then the software pricing will increase by $100 per month. How the Experts as Service Work?It is a retainer, and the worker Will be clocking in against that budget. For at $599/mo you will have 75 hours of labor hours to do any tasks related to marketplaces. |
